The Vernasca Silver Flag is back on stage, a historical re-enactment of the Castell’Arquato-Vernasca car hill climb: over 170 cars of all types animated the paddock in the shadow of the enchanting medieval village of Castell’Arquato, from sports prototypes to racing cars from rally, from single-seaters with open wheels to the picturesque pre-war.
The theme of the 25th edition has been “Museums in motion”; the Foundation participated with the two Fiat 124s in the collection: the 1972 124 Sport Spider, the model with which Gino Macaluso won the European Rally championship that year, and the 124 Abarth Rallly of 1973.
The Vernasca Silver Flag is back on the scene, with the theme “Museums in motion”: the Fondazione Gino Macaluso participated with the two Fiat 124s from its collection.
